You may consent to receive SMS messages for promotional and marketing messages. Promotional and marketing SMS messaging frequency may vary based on your use of our services, seasonality, and promotional opportunities.  SMS Message and data rates may apply.

As you use our Services you may receive SMS messages for the purposes of appointment reminders, appointment confirmation, account notifications, “arriving soon” notifications, and other transactional type messages.  You may opt-out of any messaging at any time.

a) Personal Information Provided by You.  We collect names;  phone numbers;  email addresses;  mailing addresses;  usernames; passwords; contact preferences; contact or authentication data; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers; and other similar information. 

b) Payment Data.  Our payment processing partners collect data on our behalf that is necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your debit or credit card number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is securely stored.

You will then be removed from the marketing email list but we can      still send you service-related emails that are necessary for th administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
